Carolyn is passionate about learning!  She has experienced first-hand the challenges and triumphs of today’s classrooms.  Her work is based upon these fundamental beliefs:  1-The classroom teacher has the most difficult job. Carolyn wants to show educators how to spend more time teaching and less time dealing with behavioral concerns.  2-All children will learn.  Carolyn knows that all students do not come to school ready to learn and that they must be taught how to learn.  3-Work smarter, not harder.  Carolyn will help focus your classroom management practices on what has been researched and proven to work.  4-Keep it simple.  Carolyn can help you tap into the expertise you already possess to improve your classroom and school environments.  5-Let them know you care.  Carolyn identifies with the  concept that students don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.  6-LOL–Yes, laugh out loud!  Carolyn relishes a good laugh and will model how humor may used keep those students coming back for more learning!
